Our training method here is unlike the regular training splits that you see at ordinary gyms. We use a combination of over 40+ years of training experience in various fields and training styles. With our combined knowledge, we’ve put together an ‘algorithm’ if you will. This particular training method (what we call the COG Method) is what will ensure you get stronger, more fit and feeling much better than you could have imagined.
